The Challenge
Rural clinics often have intermittent, poor internet bandwidth. Video consultation tools fail when networks drop, stranding patients needing urgent specialist opinions.
Our Creative Approach
We optimized audio-first fallback protocols, adaptive WebRTC video codecs, streamlined digital prescription generation, and automated patient queue prioritization.
